6. Delivery Requirements

Recipient Requirements

8. Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed:

  • Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made
  • Customer will be contacted for rescheduling
  • Equipment may be held at local facility for pickup
  • Redelivery fees may apply after 3rd attempt
  • Equipment will be returned after 5 business days

9. Return Shipping

  • 24-48 hour pickup scheduling available

Return Inspection

  • Equipment inspected within 24 hours of return
  • Damage assessment and reporting

10. Insurance & Liability

All shipments are fully insured:
