1. Rental Agreement

By renting equipment from YeezStudio, you agree to these terms and conditions. Each rental constitutes a separate agreement subject to these policies.

Agreement Requirements

  • Valid government-issued photo ID required
  • Credit card authorization for security deposit
  • Signed rental agreement before equipment release
  • Business license for corporate rentals
  • Insurance certificate for high-value rentals

2. Rental Periods

  • • Minimum 1 day
  • • 24-hour periods
  • • Best for short shoots
  • • Same day return available

📅 Weekly Rental

  • • 7-day periods
  • • 20% discount vs daily
  • • Ideal for projects
  • • Flexible return dates

📅 Monthly Rental

  • • 30-day periods
  • • 40% discount vs daily
  • • Long-term productions
  • • Priority support

3. Pricing & Payment

Rental Rates

  • Daily rates apply for 24-hour periods
  • Weekly rates require minimum 7-day rental
  • Monthly rates require minimum 30-day rental
  • Partial day rentals charged as full day
  • Holiday and peak season surcharges may apply

Payment Terms

  • Deposit: 50% deposit required upon booking
  • Full Payment: Due before equipment pickup/delivery
  • Security Deposit: Separate from rental fee, refundable
  • Corporate Accounts: NET 15 terms available with approval
  • Late Payment: 2% monthly fee on overdue amounts

4. Security Deposits

5. Equipment Condition & Care

Renter Responsibilities

  • Inspect equipment upon receipt and report any issues
  • Use equipment only for intended professional purposes
  • Maintain equipment in clean, dry, and secure conditions
  • Follow all manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols
  • Ensure only qualified operators use the equipment
  • Report any damage or malfunction immediately

Prohibited Uses

  • Underwater use (unless specifically designed for it)
  • Extreme weather conditions without proper protection
  • Amateur or untrained operator use
  • Modifications or alterations to equipment
  • Illegal activities or inappropriate content creation
  • Subletting or re-renting to third parties

6. Damage & Replacement

Damage Assessment Process

  1. Equipment inspection upon return
  2. Photo documentation of any damage
  3. Professional assessment and repair quote
  4. Customer notification within 24 hours
  5. Charge authorization before repairs
  6. Final billing after repair completion

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation Policy

  • 48+ hours notice: Full refund minus processing fee
  • 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund
  • Same day cancellation: Full charges apply
  • Weather cancellations: Case-by-case evaluation

Modification Policy

  • Date changes: Subject to availability
  • Equipment changes: Permitted with 24-hour notice
  • Quantity changes: Based on inventory availability
  • Upgrade requests: Price difference applies

8. Late Returns

⏰ Late Return Fees

  • Up to 2 hours late: 25% of daily rate
  • 2-6 hours late: 50% of daily rate
  • 6-24 hours late: Full additional day charge
  • Over 24 hours: Full daily rate per day

Extension Requests

  • Contact us before original return time
  • Extension subject to equipment availability
  • Additional rental charges apply
  • Emergency extensions available 24/7

9. Insurance & Liability

Rental Insurance Options

Basic Coverage

  • • 5% of rental value
  • • $500 deductible
  • • Accidental damage only
  • • Standard protection

Premium Coverage

  • • 8% of rental value
  • • $250 deductible
  • • Theft & loss included
  • • Priority replacement

Liability Limitations

  • Renter liable for equipment replacement value
  • YeezStudio not liable for production delays
  • Renter responsible for third-party damage claims
  • Maximum YeezStudio liability limited to rental fees paid

10. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters and extreme weather
  • Government actions and regulations
  • Labor strikes and transportation issues
  • Pandemic or health emergencies
  • Equipment manufacturer recalls

In such cases, alternative solutions will be sought, and rental fees may be refunded or credited.
