Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Embroidery must be unworn, undisplayed, and in original packaging with certificate
• Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective
• Final sale items are marked clearly at checkout

Quality Guarantee

If you receive embroidery that does not meet our quality standards — including loose threads, mounting defects, or transit damage — contact us within 7 days for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

1. Contact customer service at contact@yeezstudio.com with your order number
2. We will provide an RMA number and return instructions
3. Ship the item back using trackable, insured shipping
4. Refunds processed within 5-10 business days after inspection

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method via PayPal. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and embroidery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
